Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
Manage a portfolio of clients, building strong relationships and delivering value-added advice
Review complex tax compliance work, including consolidated income tax returns, fringe benefits tax returns, and tax effect accounting calculations
Provide strategic input on tax planning, private binding rulings, and R&D tax incentive applications
Collaborate with other service lines to ensure integrated client solutions

About you

CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent)
Significant tax experience in a professional services environment
Proven leadership and people management skills
Strong technical knowledge across a range of tax matters
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
