
Financial Controller

- Partner with the hotel leadership team to support financial strategy and operational performance
- Deliver accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and annual financial reporting for Accor and owners
- Oversee payroll operations for the property, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Provide financial guidance on Management Agreements, Owners Corporation matters, and HMA compliance
- Drive improvements to financial systems, controls, and reporting processes
- Support department heads with financial data, reporting, and profitability analysis
- Ensure compliance with Accor financial policies, WH&S, and relevant legislative requirements
- A tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar finance leadership role, ideally within the hotel or hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of financial accounting standards, compliance obligations, and statutory reporting requirements
- Proficiency in accounting and payroll systems; familiarity with Zambion, PurchasePlus, and Sun is advantageous
- Solid working knowledge of taxation, superannuation, long service leave entitlements, and the National Employment Standards
- Willingness to undergo a State Police Check as part of the recruitment process
