Through our subsidiaries, we offer a breadth of services and expertise designed to responsibly deliver superior long-term value to our clients and customers, which include Federal and State governments and some of the largest public and private sector, health and charitable organisations.As the Email Marketing Specialist, you will provide support to the Digital Automation Lead & Marketing Team in the creation, execution, and analysis of email marketing campaigns for lead generation, engagement, retention, and reactivation programs for Maxxia, RemServ and Oly (Novated Leasing and Salary Packaging.)Your role acts as the organisation champion of the Microsoft Dynamics Marketing/Customer Insights - Journeys platform and actively seeks ways to optimise performance to achieve KPIs and strategic objectives.You will have exceptional subject matter expertise, strong stakeholder management and communication skills. You will deliver programs to drive quality digital leads, conversion rate optimsation and retention to achieve our strategic and commercial goals.Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the planning and development of complex customer journeys, including employer acquisition, engagement and retention programs
- Apply strategic audience segmentation, schedule emails and develop and deploys automated workflows using marketing automation platform (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Develop A/B test plans to improve email performance (opens clicks and conversion), execute testing and shares results
- Build email campaigns and manages templates in coordination with the marketing and communications team
- Maintain and apply best practice email delivery standards and knowledge of anti-spam legislation
- Monitor and evaluate eDM campaigns and provide weekly reports
- Maintain the eDM calendar in consultation with the Client Engagement, Marketing and Digital Performance teams and coordinate and communicate changes
- Update and maintains the email asset library
- Maintain the integrity of the marketing automation platform and data collection by ensuring operational and data security protocols are applied
- Provide user support by troubleshooting issues, providing guidance on the use of system functionality and updating technical documentation
- Backfill support for Digital Automation Lead utilizing marketing automation platform (Adobe Campaign)
- Expert proficiency with a marketing automation platform, preferably Microsoft Dynamics and/or Adobe Campaign
- Experience in email campaign management
- Experience in creating email campaigns using HTML
- Understanding of digital marketing tactics and channels, and best practices to optimise performance for engagement and conversions
- High level of attention to detail including demonstrated analytical and reporting skills
- High level organisation skills with a track record of meeting tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to work in a flexible team-based environment
- Sound knowledge of anti-spam legislation and best practice email marketing standards
- Demonstrated experience in driving brand awareness and engagement through digital channels
- Knowledge of data coding (segmentation, database queries, reporting tools) an asset but not essential – there will be an ability to upskill if you have basic knowledge of SQL
- Thorough understanding of business processes, particularly sales & marketing processes
