This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service, thrives in a team environment, and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.What you'll do:

Welcome guests and assist with check-in, check-out, and enquiries
Handle reservations, payments, and guest accounts efficiently
Provide accurate local knowledge and recommendations to enhance guest stays
Liaise with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
Deliver professional, friendly, and efficient service at all times

QualificationsWhat we're looking for:

Previous experience in front office, customer service, or hospitality preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems on the spot
Professional presentation and positive attitude
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
