- Driving the sales process: Help identify opportunities, grow pipelines, structure deals, negotiate, and close sales.
- Supporting sales strategies: Work on improving sales processes, analyzing data, and developing proposals to help win new business.
- Engaging with clients: Reach out to potential customers, present products or services, and build strong relationships to drive business growth.
- Collaborating with teams: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to deliver value to clients.
- Learning and growing: Receive ongoing training, mentoring, and feedback to develop your skills and business knowledge.
- Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident.
- Have graduated between October 2022 and December 2025 and available to start role from December 2025.
- Be excited about sales, building relationships, and working with clients.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be adaptable and thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- Enjoy solving problems and taking initiative.
- Have an interest in tools like Salesforce (a bonus, but not required).
