At InfoCentric, we deliver leading solutions in Data Strategy and Advisory, Cloud Data Platforms, Artificial Intelligence, GenAI, and Business Analytics and Insights to Australia's largest organisations.About the role:We're seeking a Power BI Developer to join our growing team in Melbourne. In this hybrid role, you'll play a key part in modernising legacy on-premise reports and rebuilding them using Microsoft Azure and Power BI technologies. You'll focus on delivering high-performance, cloud-native reporting solutions that meet business needs for accuracy, speed, and scalability.About you:

Proven experience developing and maintaining reports using Power BI, including Paginated Reports
Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and optimizing data models
Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse Analytics and Azure SQL Database
Solid understanding of cloud-native BI practices, including performance tuning and scalable architecture
Experience validating and testing report outputs for accuracy, layout fidelity, and performance
Good grasp of ETL processes, data warehousing principles, and data governance best practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Good communication skills

Nice to Have:

Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
Familiarity with Spark or other distributed data processing frameworks
