- Provide executive administration support to the Chief HRPI, including managing emails and calendar.
- Provide a full range of administrative functions to support the HRPI Division including, filing, scanning, archiving, scheduling meetings and project work.
- Provide focused research administrative assistance, including coordinating mail-outs for research activities, sourcing data and information, and pursuing, collecting, and consolidating responses for research activities.
- Draft, format and proofread reports, electronic presentations, and other documents.
- Prepare and disseminate relevant papers (e.g. agenda, minutes, and other accompanying papers)
- Complete data entry and maintain databases to support operations of the HRPI team.
- Liaise and consult with people supported, families, friends, staff and external stakeholders/agencies, as required.
- 5+ years working in a senior administrative support role, preferably in a disability, community, health, or similar social service environment.
- Intermediate to advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting platforms and corporate information systems and databases, such as SharePoint.
- Excellent attention to detail and able to follow set processes.
- Ability to form effective working relationships with colleagues, management, and external bodies. High level verbal and written communication skills.
- High level organisational and time management skills including a proven ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
