This role will see you enhance your capabilities and the reputation of WSP's Property & Buildings team. You will collaborate with talented professionals working on iconic projects to drive future-ready outcomes that will benefit clients and communities.In this role you will be joining as a Project Engineer or Project Manager on a secondment role representing WSP whilst supporting the delivery of infrastructure projects for a major client. This is a rare opportunity to join our team on a 12 month contract that coud extend further.Our Property and Buildings team is a community of built environment experts, driven by a passion to create sustainable, accessible, and resilient communities. Undertake assessment of tenders for subdivision construction projects.
Review construction management plans received from contractors and ensure that compliance is achieved with contract requirements.
Monitor delivery of works and contractor performance, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and provide regular reporting of project status.
Liaise with service authorities and other stakeholders as required, to facilitate delivery of construction projects.
Coordinate handover of assets to service authorities at the completion of subdivision construction.

Experience in Project Management/Civil Engineering
Diploma/Tertiary qualification in Construction/Engineering
Be prepared to live in regional Australia
Full clean driving licence to complete 'some' remote driving and road Project Management oversight
Knowledge and experience in the effective provision of building infrastructure and/or Land Servicing projects and meeting project objectives
High-level oral and written communication skills working in a client focussed and cross- cultural environment
Experience in the procurement of works and services and contract administration, particularly government
Contracting frameworks is highly desirable
