You have a solid background in the construction industry and a keen eye for detail, particularly regarding services. You're a proactive problem-solver and an excellent communicator.
- You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Project Engineer on commercial or multi-residential projects.
- You have a strong background in services, either gained from working for a head contractor or a large M&E subcontractor.
- You are highly proficient in reviewing and coordinating services drawings and managing subcontractor relationships.
- You have a great work ethic and a collaborative attitude.
