- Customer Service:
- Answering phone calls and emails from customers.
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Administrative Support:
- Data entry and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Preparing invoices and processing payments.
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies.
- General office administration duties as required.
- Scheduling:
- Scheduling appointments for plumbing services with customers.
- Coordinating technician schedules and ensuring optimal planning.
- Managing emergency service calls and dispatching technicians promptly.
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Xero.
- Experience with SimPro (desirable).
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good time management and ability to prioritise effectively.
