We are currently looking for a Retail Department Manager to join us at our Ballarat Store in a Full Time capacity.About the role
  • Ensure all legal and compliance procedures are adhered to by all staff.
  • Motivate and lead your team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Drive store sales, achieve targets, all whilst controlling costs profit and loss.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders; and
  • Provide a safe environment for both staff and customers.
About you
  • You’ll have previous experience in a leadership role within a retail business (Or similar).
  • Comfortable coaching, mentoring, and developing a high performing team.
  • Proven experience working with and meeting KPIs in a robust environment.
  • Unwavering commitment to quality customer service; and
