- Identify and cater for individual learner needs
- Provide an environment that promotes the cognitive, physical, emotional, social and intellectual wellbeing of all students
- Work closely with parents and colleagues regarding the progress and development of the children in your care
- Participate in the creation, development and evaluation of curriculum
- Stay informed regarding current trends, early childhood practices and curriculum and resource developments
- Diploma of Early Childhood Qualification (or ACECQA equivalent)
- Up to date First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma management qualifications
- Current WWCC - Employee
- Current Mandatory Reporting for Early Years (or willingness to undertake training)
- Current Right to work in Australia
- Have prior experience working as an Early Childhood Diploma Educator position in an Early Childhood setting in Australia
- A person with a can-do attitude and team-orientated approach
- The ability to be adaptable, flexible and show very strong pedagogical knowledge of the EYLF
- Ability to demonstrate a competent level of English, both written and spoken
