You'll be part of a supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drive outcomes.What role will you play?As an Executive Assistant you will support the senior Directors and their wider team in the Group Treasury division. You will liaise with key senior stakeholders and other executive assistants to arrange meetings and events and assist in determining priority of matters of attention for the team while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.What you offer
  • Ability to work proactive and understand the nature of the business and priorities within the team
  • Experience maintaining a high level of discretion, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Experience managing complex diaries across multiple time zones, arranging complex travel, organising meetings and events.
