This role will operate between Monday to Friday (6.30am – 2.30pm).You will also be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
Prepare, cook, and present menu items to a consistently high standard
Operate kitchen equipment safely and correctly
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen at all times
Assist with stock rotation and storage
Follow all food hygiene, safety, and quality standards
Work effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff during busy service periods
The Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cook.
Food Safety Supervisor certification is desirable.
HACCP & food safety knowledge.
Experience managing stock control and costs.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for hospitality!
