The mine sites & locations:With a wide range of major contracts throughout Australia the opportunities for growth and development are endless. Opportunities at WA mining operations include;-

FIFO Perth, Geraldton and Busselton
DIDO from Geraldton and Busselton
Mine sites located in and around Kalgoorlie and northern/ central WA

What are the facilities on offer at site:With excellent relationships with reputable and established mining principals the contractor is fortunate enough to partner with sites that offer; -

FIFO via charter to air strips on site
Modern accommodation and canteens with chef quality food
Gyms, swimming pools, sports fields and running tracks
Social wet messes with regular community events held

Your duties and responsibilities:You'll enjoy integrating into a well-connected team on site with a great culture. Reporting into the leading hand and maintenance foreman on crew you will be responsible for;-

Auto electrical & AC maintenance, servicing, breakdowns, installs. Sandvik Automine
Surface workshop (70% approx) - PM work, fault finding, installs, general maintenance
UG field service (30% approx skills dependant) - breakdowns, fault finding, repairs, servicing, Sandvik Automine installs/ testing/ configuration
Machinery - Sandvik drills, boggers, trucks, Epiroc drills, Normet charge up equipment, LV's

The Rosters available:With a wide range of roles available in WA across a number of sites, the company is fortunate to be able to offer the following rosters;

8:6 - day shift only
8:6/ 7:7 - days/ nights
2:1 - day and nights
2:2 - day and nights

Your skills and experienceWith an excellent training and development focus, the business prides itself on shaping the best tradespeople in the industry. Key requirements include;

Cert III Auto Electrical trade qualifications
Excellent attitude towards learning and skills development
Team player however can work autonomously (when trained up)
Have an eagerness to work in the UG mining sector
Looking for a role that offers FIFO/ DIDO with good earning potential
Safety first attitude
