- Extensive diary management; prioritising, managing and coordinating daily schedule from end to end
- Handle all incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, prioritising items and initiating and responding as required
- Preparation of correspondence and documents for internal and external use
- Management of expenses and reconciliation
- Schedule and booking of meeting rooms, catering and other requirements
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients to facilitate communication and collaboration.
- Maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Previous experience working as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a legal sector
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
