A permanent opportunity for a hands-on People & Culture Partner with an operational focus to join a large successful national multi-site heavy manufacturing business - a key player in the construction world. Based in Townsville.About the RoleYou will partner closely with your client group leaders to enable effective hands-on P&C service delivery in alignment with the businesses's robust and well defined People Strategy. This hands-on role focuses on:
  • Empowering leaders to fulfill their leadership responsibilities confidently through coaching and mentoring
  • Providing expert and timely advice on all ER matters including investigations
  • Driving P&C cultural initiatives to foster employee engagement and experience, high-performance, compliance
  • Driving effective change initiatives down to front line operations
  • IR responsibilities, with opportunity to support with EA negotiations
About SuccessYou will bring energy and a collaborative approach to what you do as a People & Culture Business Partner - a true team player who thrives in a multi-site, fast-paced and complex heavy industrial environment.You will be an experienced HR generalist with a strong skillset and demonstrated experience in Employee Relations.
