We're on the hunt for a switched-on, detail-driven Fleet Administrator to join a leading and forever growing Tree and Vegetation Contractor across NSW.
This role is all about keeping things moving. You'll be the right-hand to the Maintenance Manager, making sure the fleet of vehicles and equipment stays compliant, safe, and service-ready across multiple sites.

Oversee fleet compliance, registrations, and insurance records
Schedule services, recalls, testing, and audits across NSW sites
Maintain databases and ensure accurate fleet records
Manage insurance claims, RMS paperwork, and driver infringements
Provide admin and project support to the maintenance team

What we're looking for:

Razor-sharp attention to detail with accurate record-keeping skills
A natural relationship builder who works well with all personalities
A friendly, approachable communicator who can connect across teams and sites
Someone proactive who takes initiative, chases information, and gets things done
Confidence with MS Office and experience working within databases
Flexible and adaptable, comfortable wearing multiple hats to support the team
