- Provide effective and efficient high level administrative support and assist the Director of Clinical Education in supervising the administrative function within clinical education area.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare accurate minutes and organise correspondence for meetings in a timely and efficient manner.
- Compiling and assisting with reports, typing of correspondence, submissions, statistical summaries and data sets, and other similar material as required,
- Provide excellent customer service to students and University stakeholders by providing quality responses to a wide range of queries, whilst liaising closely with other areas of the organisation.
- Support and maintenance of internal databases and registers and management of day-to-day requirements of the office.
- Assisting the Director of Clinical Education and/or their delegate with the management and review of policies, procedures, guidelines and forms.
- Support procurement and finance processes as required.
- Provide regular liaison with various leaders across University departments to ensure effective and productive collaboration.
- Tertiary qualified
- Administrative experience, preferably within an education and Health care environment will be highly regarded
- Highly developed communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, engage and influence stakeholders
- Excellent operational, organisational and administration skills including the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
- High level of competency in various software packages including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Visio), Adobe, In-Design, and placement database SONIA
- Proven record of preparing high quality documentation with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
