- Contribute to the development and coaching of operational staff in understanding financial results, reporting, KPIs and dashboards to uplift internal capabilities
- Ensure accurate financial results by conducting monthly reviews across site P&Ls, adjusting where necessary and engaging with site owners / shared services
- Contribute to annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes
- Identify gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency of the finance function in Seniors Living
- Support the completion of the annual audit process across villages
- Strong financial management skills
- Highly developed stakeholder management ability
- Tertiary qualifications in finance, business or similar
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
