- Consult with clients and expertly advise them on tattoo removal options
- Full-time role available: must be able to work Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday trading hours + one late-night trade
- Located in Miranda Shopping Centre, Sydney
- Conduct consultations with new clients, educating them about the laser tattoo removal process
- Provide high quality, safe and thorough laser treatments, to a high standard, in line with our treatment protocols
- Undertake additional, ongoing laser training as appropriate
- Follow appropriate sanitation and clinical protocols
- Communicate realistic removal expectations and treatment outcomes
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering superior customer service
- Conduct inventory to ensure adequate products, promotional materials, branding on-hand to exceed customer expectations
- Maintain detailed client records – both new, future potential, and referral clients
- Administrative tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones, responding to emails, handling client payments & managing bookings, etc.
- Manage bookings in collaboration with our contact centre
- Manage follow up process in partnership with our contact centre and marketing teams by communicating with clients who have expressed an interest in tattoo removal or fading
- Understand your monthly targets, and reporting to ensure you can monitor and exceed your studio goals
- Represent the company brand, mission, and culture
- Preserve visual and merchandising brand standards
- Additional responsibilities as required for the success of the brand
- Comfortable, confident, and competent in conducting client consultations
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset, outstanding communication, strong capability to identify and solve problems independently
- Ability to work as part of a small team with a “can do” attitude
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, with demonstrated agility in a high-change environment
- Innovative and curious – bringing ideas to the table to improve your location operationally and the business as a whole
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, etc.) and quick to learn technology; previous experience using Microsoft office and booking software systems preferred
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends on a rotating schedule
- Competitive compensation ranging from 58-62K per annum + superannuation + weekly commission with uncapped earning potential
