The CompanyI am working with one of the largest and most dynamic property development companies in South Australia to find their next Commercial Leasing Executive / Consultant. They are a family-owned and operated Adelaide-based company that has been involved in more than 5,000 residential, commercial and retirement projects in carefully selected landmark sites across South Australia and Victoria.The RoleAs Commercial Lease Consultant, you will support the General Manager – Operations with coordinating the delivery of efficient and timely property asset management and leasing services that promotes the strategic objectives on all assets within the Group. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Coordinate, lease, market and operate the portfolio to the very highest of professional standards.
Ensure all rentals, outgoings, rent, tenant cleaning and any other tenant recoverable are collected by due date as specified in the lease.
Maximise the net return of the assets.
Maintaining efficient and tight control over the portfolio's operating costs.
Rental reviews to be conducted in accordance with lease provisions.
Review and analyse performance of each property e.g. monthly reports/forecast reports.
Being conversant with Retail and Commercial Leases Act and Regulations.
Maintain all the properties to the very highest of standards.

The CandidateYou will be expected to have established real estate networks and be aware of market activity to secure owners, tenants, both short and long term and also be expected to generate additional business opportunities external to our current operations. Commercial property experience is key to this role. you will need to have:

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar Commercial Property, Real Estate, Property Management and Leasing role
A current Real Estate Agent's licence
