Welcome and engage customers, creating an exceptional first impression.
Understand client needs and present curated travel experiences.
Manage enquiries, bookings, and store appointments.
Maintain the store environment in line with brand standards.
Support sales through hospitality, admin, and follow up.
Handle transactions and resolve queries with professionalism.

QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:

Experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or travel.
Passion for travel and delivering premium customer service.
Immaculate presentation and strong communication skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and organised in a fast-paced environment.
Team oriented with a positive, can do attitude.
Flexible availability, including weekends and peak periods.
