You’ll lead MCA’s ACMA Enforceable Undertaking (EU) activities, ensuring stakeholders are informed, accountable, and aligned. Key responsibilities include:Coordinate and lead delivery across all MCA ACMA EU workstreams end-to-endTranslate regulatory requirements into actionable deliverablesDevelop briefings and facilitate stakeholder understanding of deliverablesTrack and report progress, escalate risks, and ensure timely deliveryIdentify process improvements and reduce manual effortCollaborate with Controls, Risk, and Program teamsWe’re interested in hearing from people who have:Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skillsAbility to simplify complex regulatory requirementsExperience in program delivery, project management, or regulatory changeExperience in a ‘Pace’ or Agile delivery environment using Jira or similar systems to manage deliveryExcellent communication and organisational skillsRisk mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environmentTertiary qualifications in business, communications, project management, or related fields.Certifications in Agile, project delivery, or change management are a plus (but not required).Financial services or regulated industry experience preferredWhat’s in It for You?This role offers exposure to a high-profile regulatory program and senior MCA stakeholders.
