Our client is a well-respected privately owned tier two builder who is turning over more than $600M and currently employs over 300 full time staff nationally. They operate across most commercial sectors and hold pre-qualifications for federal and state government projects valued up to $100M.Their QLD operation has been operating for 17 years and they have an excellent name across the Queensland building market. In QLD they are known for delivering projects in the education, health and retail and industrial sectors from a value of $5M to $60M. Their Brisbane office operate with around 70 staff.The Position – Site Manager
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the business and initially manage an upcoming $60M complex build located in the valley.Culture / Benefits

Staff retention is high due to well set up projects that are properly resourced and opened minded managers that care about the well-being of their staff.Ideal background

A trade background
Experience working with a commercial builder of a similar size
Health and education experience would be an advantage
Be well presented, have good communication and be looking for a long term career opportunity
Able to lead a team
Experience delivering projects of $30M plus
Stability with previous employers
