We're looking to hire a full-time Maintenance Electrician with the oportunnity to go permanent.You will be working for a successful print manufacturer. Due to the nature of the role, a background in food/beverage/packaging/FMCG or similar manufacturing maintenance is essential.The company produces a range of products and have high standards in the quality to meet their clients needs.The roleAs a skilled Maintenance Electrician OR Fitter with electrical disconnect/reconnect the role will have you undertake a variety of tasks ranging from project work & insulations through to general and preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and problem solving.You will be working autonomously on the night shift and therefore a strong mechanical knowledge is essential The majority of breakdowns are mechanical.Responsibilities:

Assist in the day to day efficient running of Plant Equipment.
Maintenance of plant and equipment inc; Preventative maintenance.
Diagnostics and fault finding.
Process improvement of plant and equipment.
Operate & Service Machinery.
Provide technical support to the production team.
Promote and adhere to Quality, OHS, GMP and HACCP guidelines.

Experience:

Trade Qualified with a minimum of 4 years maintenance experience in a similar role in Manufacturing environments.
Valid A grade electrical licence
Experience using CMMS systems.
Hands on with an enthusiastic attitude.
Excellent communication skills.
Work autonomously and be a self-starter to be a part of an engaged team.
Forklift licence is an advantage.
