- Play a key role in shaping the agency's future, from growing client relationships to crafting winning proposals and contributing to broader business strategy.
- Scope: Exciting domestic and international projects that influence brands and shape industries.
- Focus: Strategic challenges like brand positioning, segmentation, pricing research, CX/UX optimization, and more.
- Approach: Predominantly quantitative (70%) with a strong qualitative element (30%) to create a comprehensive view of consumer behaviour.
- Experience: 6/7+ years in market research, with client leadership experience and a knack for strategy.
- Skills: Expertise in quantitative methodologies including hands on data skills, complemented by qualitative knowledge and ideally moderation experience.
- Leadership: A passion for mentoring, inspiring teams, and fostering collaboration.
- Vision: A proactive mindset with a flair for turning insights into real-world impact.
