Reporting to the Experience Manager, you'll ensure sales targets are met and there is complete member satisfaction in all interactionsIn a nutshell:You'll understand each prospect's objectives, buying criteria and decision making processes and form genuine and long-term relationshipsYou'll actively generate leads through inbound inquiries, free guest passes and community engagement. You'll establish and nurture relationships with potential members both online and in-person, attending networking events and promoting Virgin Active's unique social wellness offering.You'll conduct one-on-one consultations and club tours to understand prospects' wellness goals and introduce them to Virgin Active's premium offerings. You'll tailor the sales presentation to highlight how our services-fitness, group classes, wellness programs, and community engagement-support their specific needs.You'll drive membership conversions by clearly articulating the benefits of Virgin Active's holistic wellness approach and social community. You'll offer tailored membership packages, effectively handle objections, and close the sale while ensuring prospects understand the long-term value of joining.You'll proactively follow up with new members after they've signed up. You'll engage them in their wellness journey, ensuring they are familiar with all the services offered, from group fitness classes to personal training, workshops, and recovery programs.You'll stay on top of admin to ensure seamless administrative processes.You'll advocate safety and ensure an overall safe environment for members and team members.You'll find ways to give that little bit extra... especially when it's unexpectedAll about you:You have
1 year of relevant experience and flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule.You have aligned experience. You know what it's like to work with a high-profile consumer brand and thrive on exceeding performance targets. You may also have some retail or hospitality sector experience. A+ for youYou are people-focused. You enjoy learning about their needs and coming up with personalised and complete solutions. You're patient, level-headed and cool under pressure.
