  • $70k - $75k + super (dependent on experience)
  • Paid training and certifications such as cert 4 in transport and logistics

The Role: Outbound Supervisor
This is purely an outbound role. You will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and will help supervise a team of 6-8 pickers, packers, LO order pickers and High reach forklift operators. You will not be working in inbound, receiving or despatch in this role.Your main duties will involve:
  • Supervise the day-to-day outbound picking team, ensuring on-time delivery and accuracy.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance targets.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment in line with WHS standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing operational efficiency
  • Assisting in onsite toolbox and safety meetings
You will be very hands on and lead by example by completing onsite warehouse duties such as:
  • LO Order picking up to 6 racks high
  • High reach forklift 6 racks high
  • Replens, picking and putaways
  • Picking products up to 1.5 metres in length
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Picking VIA RF scanner
  • Utilising Netsuite WMS
  • Trolley Picking
  • Wrapping and strapping products and pallets
  • Palletising stock
  • General warehouse cleaning up of wrapping rubbish and discarding product boxes
  • Matching and Cross-checking paperwork against orders and signing for delivery for customer orders
Shift Available:
Day:
  • 9am – 6pm
  • Monday to Friday
The Candidate:
You will have a passion to lead your team to success on a daily basis! You will lead by example, help coach, mentor and develop your team, celebrate successes and help others learn and grow from their mistakes!
To be successful in obtaining this role you must hold Valid LO and LF Forklift Licenses and will have the following experience:
  • Previous team lead or outbound supervisory experience is highly advantageous
  • You will have the ability to follow processes and train new staff
  • Strong knowledge of outbound logistics and dispatch procedures
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-moving setting.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • 2+ years LO Order Picking Experience
  • 2+ Years High reach and Counter Balance forklift operating experience
  • RF pick packing experience
  • Palletising stock experience
  • Shrink wrapping (Both manual and machine operated)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent WHS knowledge
  • Heavy lifting up to 20 kgs
