- Build and deepen relationships with Architects, Designers, and Specifiers to drive product specification and repeat business
- Proactively identify and win new business opportunities to grow market share across VIC and TAS
- Deliver compelling product presentations and engage decision-makers through consultative selling
- Stay across design trends, sustainability credentials, and technical product knowledge to support project specifications
- Manage a healthy pipeline, tracking specifications through to conversion with effective handovers to delivery teams
- Partner internally with marketing, logistics, customer service and project delivery to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Monitor market insights, competitor activity and project lifecycles to maximise opportunities
- Previous experience in architectural specification sales – experience in textiles, acoustic solutions, carpet, upholstery, fixtures or similar is highly regarded
- A strong network or ability to build relationships in the architecture and design space
- Passion for design and sustainability – you speak the language of specifiers and bring products to life
- Strong presentation and influencing skills – polished, confident, and persuasive
- Self-starter with initiative, strong time management, and the ability to manage projects from specification to delivery
- CRM-savvy and commercially sharp – able to forecast, track and drive results
- Full-time position | Immediate start preferred
