- Lead qual projects - Lead complex multi-stage qualitative research projects with confidence and crystal-clear thinking from proposal to presentation.
- Leverage a suite of capabilities – Blend qualitative expertise with quantitative insights, behavioural science, cultural frameworks and technology
- Deliver impactful insights: Lead client presentations and deliverables with inspiring story telling
- Team leader - An inspiring role model for the team with direct reports

- Diverse projects: Brand (positioning, CVP and communications). Innovation (NPD, experience and journey mapping). Audience understanding (U&A and segmentations).

- An experienced qualitative researcher
- Extensive experience in consumer insights strategy (agency side)
- Track record of leading & developing seriously close client relationships
- Strong qual tool-kit -qualitative consumer engagement techniques – groups, workshops, ethnography, social media etc
- Passionate about cultural insights, behavioural science and technology
- Track record of writing winning proposals
- Experience of leading & nurturing people
