This role leads portfolio growth and consulting practice development for the banking business in the ANZ region, focusing on client engagement, revenue growth, and strategic consulting across digital and IT transformation domains. It demands strong client influence, consultative selling, and collaboration with global teams to drive business expansion and delivery capabilities.ResponsibilitiesWill be responsible for Portfolio & Growth for banking business in ANZ regionPartner with Enterprise BD / Practice teams for consulting opportunitiesResponsibility of direct client interface developing consulting practice in various domains e.g. Global Business Services, digital transformation, IT optimization etc.Experience in CIO advisory is a plusResponsible for the end -to-end client engagement driving growth & numbersYou will be responsible for working with our clients to deliver Projects, Programs and drive revenue by mining the existing relationshipsThis role will be client facing and will be responsible for consultative selling.Identify new product opportunities with in service line based on the market needs & trends and design and deliver collaterals for the sameBuild enhanced collaterals by capturing Genpact experience ands & industry POV.Build collaterals and though leadership to enhance higher % of strategic engagementsRefine “Go to Market Strategy” for the regionUse industry connects and current Genpact channels to meet key stakeholders, identify client’s needs, help build compelling value prop, front end client discussion, negotiate and close new businessWork closely with practice organization & Vertical teams on vertical priorities and help improve deal inflow and conversionHelp mine & revitalize the current large engagements with a new perspective & outside in viewSupport the development of delivery capability, solution development and talentBuild consulting and digital practice in Genpact across a number of specified verticalsDrive communication with global Business Development teamsDrive revenue from existing relationshipsQualifications we seek in you !Minimum QualificationAbility to effectively influence C level customers and multiple internal stakeholdersAbility to find value added solutions for customersExcellent communicator, good interpersonal skills, good presentation skillsAbility to lead cross functional teamsBusiness/results orientedExcellent multi-tasking capabilitiesAbility to deal with ambiguityCommercial Savvy - Mature contract negotiation, Builds win-win solutions, SellsMarketing & Communication - Consultative Selling, External Focus, Markets our Skills / Technology / Tools, Should be well-connected in the market, to be able to bring in new leads for businessPost graduate / graduate in business administrationProject management qualification – PMP, Prince 2, and Lean Six Sigma.
