Location: Adelaide CBDKey responsibilities:
- Lead the technology architecture strategy design and delivery across Network systems infrastructure
- Ensure the use of enterprise architecture methodologies and frameworks to derive and deliver value to the business
- Work closely with key stakeholders, senior leaders, digital and project teams to ensure the alignment of the corporate and digital strategies with the architecture vision
- Lead capability and capacity planning to ensure the technology strategy delivers short and long term value
- Conduct objective, fact-based assessments, which lead to architecture decisions, and recommendations that are based on best practice
- Work with business and technology stakeholders to guide and develop technology strategies bases on new, emerging and existing technologies and standards
- Develop implementation plans through identifying gaps between the current and desired future states
- Significant experience in leading the architecture function of large enterprise-wide transformation programs
- Proven conceptual, business analysis and problem-solving skills including the ability to gather and interpret a fact-base of business, technical and financial information to inform planning, options and meaningful business insights
- Certification on architecture frameworks; TOGAF 9+
- Working knowledge of data structures, design, architectural and integration patterns, algorithms, and engineering best practices
- Proven experience developing EA plans and roadmaps, and technology blueprints.
- Conducting architecture reviews and assessing compliance with architecture and organisational standards
- Practical application of architectural methodologies and frameworks, including in Salesforce
- Expert in producing high-quality deliverables, including architecture design documents, architecture reference models, standards, patterns and various types of catalogues, diagrams and matrixes
- Demonstrable experience in successfully leading significant business focused change initiatives
- Experience managing to a set budget with an emphasis on affordability and value of service
- Expert knowledge of enterprise architecture and commitment to continuously develop this knowledge through self-learning activities
- Vendor management and assessing vendor offerings against defined business outcomes and requirements
