With a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, DBS is looking for an experienced Landscape Architect, with 5+ years experience in a similar role, to join the team.About the role

Develop site plans, landscape designs, and specifications for various projects.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and vision for outdoor spaces.
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies.
Preparation of concept plans, tender documentation, client presentations and proposals, using Vectorworks, Indesign and Photoshop.
Client consultation and documentation of site and client meetings.
Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and sustainability standards are met.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and regulations.
Research for specific projects as well as researching for general design and horticultural knowledge.
Organisation of sub-contractor quotes.

About you

Bachelor of Landscape Architecture.
5+ years experience in a similar role in the industry.
AILA registration preferred.
Strong horticultural knowledge.
