An exciting temporary opportunity has become available to join a well respected professional services business located in Sydney's CBD. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating impactful learning experiences and possess a strong background in instructional design, training facilitation, and organisational development.Reporting to the head of Organisational Design, you will provide L+D support to your client groups to achieve its corporate objectives.Key elements of the role will include, but not limited to:

Collaborate with executive leaders to assess learning and development needs and objectives
Design and develop customised learning solutions aligned with organisational goals and industry best practices
Discovery and design of blended learning solutions
Facilitation of on-boarding in a large multicultural organisation
Create engaging and interactive learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training materials, and job aids
Conduct evaluations to measure the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement.
