This position will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing a large-scale study aimed at driving the uptake of the newly published Australian and New Zealand Guidelines for the Management of Concussion and Mild Traumatic Brain Injury in Adults and Children ( ). Working alongside a world-class multidisciplinary team, including neurologists, GPs, neuropsychologists, clinicians, implementation scientists, and human design engineers—you will help ensure these guidelines achieve maximum impact in clinical practice across Australia. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a high-profile, transformative health initiative that bridges cutting-edge research with real-world application.Key responsibilities will include:Oversee all aspects of the research project, including planning, timelines, recruitment, ethics compliance, and day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality delivery of project milestones.Apply best-practice implementation frameworks and methodologies to evaluate and enhance the adoption of the new concussion guidelines within healthcare settings.Work closely with healthcare professionals, researchers, and industry partners to promote the uptake of the guidelines, foster relationships, and ensure effective knowledge translation to end-users.Produce high-quality research publications, contribute to competitive grant applications, and support the supervision and development of students and early career researchers in the field.This is a research focused position.
