You'll be at the forefront of integrating intelligent automation, data engineering, and artificial intelligence into audit and assurance engagements-delivering innovative, data-driven solutions to complex challenges.Job DescriptionAs a Senior Consultant in our Data & AI team, you'll work on cutting-edge projects that integrate intelligent automation and advanced analytics into audit and assurance services. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead the development of innovative solutions, and help shape the future of audit technology.What You'll Do
  • Design and implement AI, data analytics, and automation solutions to enhance audit delivery.
  • Lead the development and deployment of tools that improve audit quality and client insights.
  • Work across departments to deliver integrated, tech-enabled audit solutions.
  • Support business development through proposals and identifying new opportunities.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to their technical growth.
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting, billing, and collections.
  • Development of Extraction, Transformation and Loading capabilities for key ERP systems
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in professional services or technical delivery roles.
  • Strong technical skills in tools such as Alteryx, Databricks, SQL, Python, PowerBI, Power Automate, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Generative AI.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Xero, MYOB, NetSuite).
  • Solid understanding of data modelling, wrangling, governance, and strategy.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and project management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field. A Master's or PhD is highly regarded.
