- Lead end-to-end strategic coordination and delivery across Goodstart’s Social Impact Portfolio
- Develop briefing papers, proposals, presentations and executive materials that inform Board and Senior Leadership decisions
- Lead and manage strategic partnerships, advisory programs and stakeholder engagement with syndicate members, philanthropic partners and cross-sector collaborators
- Surface insights and position Goodstart on key sector trends, risks and policy opportunities
- Translate complex evidence and systems into clear policy positions, communications, and actionable project plans that inspire change and influence outcomes at scale
- Represent Goodstart in external forums, amplifying our voice and impact in the sector
- Act as a catalyst, connector, and collaborator - unlocking influence, funding and innovation to advance our social purpose.

- Proven experience advising or supporting senior executives in government, NFP or corporate.
- Demonstrated track record in preparing high-quality Board and executive materials (briefings, presentations, reports).
- Experience in coordinating strategic agendas and managing multiple projects across teams or portfolios.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and sustain high-trust relationships with internal and external partners.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distil complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinking, political acumen and the ability to work independently while effectively engaging executive stakeholders.
- Current Working with Children Check
- Tertiary qualifications in public policy, business, governance, education, or a related field.
- Background in advisory or consulting roles, with a focus on strategic influence and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with human services sectors (such as education or health) and experience working with cross-sector partners to drive collaborative outcomes.
