JBS Southern processing facilities have access to all major international markets, providing our livestock suppliers with a range of markets and brand opportunities.About the RoleJBS Brooklyn (located 15 minutes west of Melbourne's CBD) are currently seeking Meat Processing General Labourers to join the team. These are full-time opportunities with ongoing training and support.As a Meat Processing Labourer, you will:

Have experience in or be eager to train and work in various areas of meat processing
Be comfortable working in a production, boning room or slaughter floor environment including handling raw meat and animal bi-products
Be able to adapt to a fast-paced physical role with a focus on safety and quality
Have a willingness to learn and perform labouring duties such as trimming, packing, weighing, labelling, machine operating, manual handling and cleaning

About You

Have availability for full-time employment, Monday to Friday
Have access to reliable transport
Be willing to undergo a pre-employment medical and Qfever immunisation
Be reliable, committed, punctual, willing to learn and have a positive attitude
