The division employs more than 3600 team members.What you'll do:The Direct to Store Lead plays a crucial role in advancing Wesfarmers's Vision and Business Unit Strategy by implementing consistent operational processes to support Franchise Partners, the Priceline Inventory Team, and the wider Priceline Team. They will lead a team, develop, and uphold structured supply processes and policies to ensure timely and complete supply to all stores. This includes maintaining parameters and conducting audits to ensure consistency and effectiveness. Additionally, the Direct to Store Manager will review, enhance, implement, and manage processes and policies with a focus on standardisation and continuous improvement.Reporting to the National Priceline Inventory Manager and overseeing two Inventory Analysts, the DTS Lead will cultivate and enhance relationships with existing vendor partners, engaging in weekly and monthly collaborative discussions and measuring vendor performance regularly. They will also supervise new store openings, ensuring adherence to agreed-upon timelines in collaboration with the onboarding operations team.What you'll bring:

Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience
Demonstrated capability/experience in retail inventory planning or supply chain planning
Proven expertise in inventory management, analysis, and building supplier relationships
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
Proven ability to influence others to prioritise inventory productivity and financial performance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering relationships across business hierarchy, franchise partners, and suppliers
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and comfort in making fact-based decisions
Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, or a related field (desirable)
