- Ensure high standards of care by collaborating with patients, carers, and the community in all aspects of healthcare planning and delivery.
- Advocate for patients' rights in line with the "Charter of Healthcare Rights" and "Charter of Residents' Rights and Responsibilities."
- Support the Nurse Unit Manager and nursing team in evaluating and implementing evidence-based clinical care.
- Focusing on patient centred, sustainable, and cost-effective care models.
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge and skills in both medical and surgical streams
- A minimum of 3 years post registration experience
- Established solid working knowledge of wound care and delivery.
- Demonstrated organisational skills particularly with respect to time management
