1. Proven Experience in the elicitation of UI/UX requirement techniques such as brainstorming, workshops, prototyping, observation, or interviews, and confirming or reporting on results.2. Contemporary knowledge of UI/UX Methodologies and experience designing to meet WCAG guidelines.3. Proven experience building rapport and maintaining stakeholder relationships, communicating confidently and presenting messages in a clear, concise, and articulate manner to senior stakeholders.4. Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded- While experience with accessibility isn't necessary, previous experience or a desire to learn is highly desired.The role has an initial contract to 30th June 2025 with a possible 12-month contract extension.
