- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to remain informed about changes in property and commercial law, applying this expertise to client matters.
- Prepare and analyse legal documentation, such as contracts, agreements, and correspondence, with meticulous attention to detail and precision.
- Advocate for client's rights and interests during negotiations with professionalism and expertise.
- Foster enduring client relationships through consistent communication, prompt responsiveness, and outstanding service provision.
- Collaborate efficiently with colleagues and stakeholders to attain shared objectives and secure optimal outcomes for clients.
- Contribute to the firm's expansion and progress by actively engaging in business development endeavours, networking opportunities, and marketing strategies.
- Hold a Bachelor of Laws and ACT practising certificate.
- Two years experience practising in property law, commercial transactions and/or dispute resolution.
- Experience preparing and drafting legal documents.
- Knowledge of LEAP Legal Software (highly regarded).
- Knowledge/experience of PEXA.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
