Production Team Leader

Your duties include the following
- Oversee a small team between 3 and 5 people
- Manage production time frames to fulfil customer order expectations
- Produce products of a consistent quality within expected time frames
- Be able to operate – brake press, laser machine, guillotine, welders, polishers etc
- Manufacture products to pre-existing specifications
- Appropriate knowledge of manufacturing technology – program press, laser etc.
- Have formal Trade Qualifications in Sheet Metal Fabrication, Engineering or Welding
- Extensive knowledge of manufacturing technology and processes, with a focus on stainless steel fabrication
- Previous experience in a similar position or experience in the building or plumbing industry is highly regarded
- Strong communication skills
