- Design, plan, and execute tests on vehicle systems, components, and complete vehicles.
- Collaborate closely with R&D Engineering teams to ensure compliance with safety, performance, and regulatory standards.
- Set up vehicles with scan tools, data loggers, and other test equipment for a variety of vehicle tests.
- Analyze data and prepare detailed test reports; communicate findings clearly to engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and drive improvements in testing methodologies, tools, and workflows.
- Stay informed of the latest advancements in automotive technologies and testing best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an automotive testing role or similar position.
- Proficient in the use of scan tools (VDS, Canbox), data loggers, and diagnostic/testing equipment in an automotive environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory and industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Willingness to work onsite, 5 days a week, and travel domestically and internationally as needed.
