Location: Remote (Australia-based) or Sydney-basedAbout the RoleWe’re seeking a Sales Executive to close high-value memberships for clients looking to begin their property investment journey. All leads are pre-qualified and pre-booked — no cold calling required. You’ll conduct virtual Discovery Sessions and help clients commit to our $3,000 property membership program.What You’ll Be Doing
- Run 4–5 pre-booked Discovery Sessions over Zoom each day
- Build rapport and understand client financial and lifestyle goals
- Present Freedom membership as the solution to help clients achieve these goals
- Manage your calendar, follow up on prospects, and hit your sales targets
Uncapped commission with OTE of $250,000–$300,000+

Strong career progression and leadership supportWhat We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of sales experience (property, finance, or mortgage broking experience is highly regarded but not essential)
- Strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Confidence in conducting high-value virtual sales conversations
- Ability to follow a proven sales structure
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends when clients are available
- Watching a short company Masterclass
- Completing a short written sales scenario
- Submitting a brief video introduction
- This is a full-time role for candidates based in Australia
