Eligibility: Open to EveryoneThe OpportunityWe have an opportunity for a Quality Assurance Engineer to be part of our Corporate Services Division within the Department of Primary Industries and Regions.The primary purpose of the role is to support / provide / deliver contribute to major work programs to modernise, transform and deliver a range of sustainable, user-focussed, digital government services for the South Australian community. This role is responsible for designing, creating, testing and deploying effective quality assurance/test solutions for software and supports a team of developers for the creation and enhancements to large and complex digital solutions to achieve significant business outcomes.The Quality Assurance Engineer contributes delivering the agency’s priorities including manage risk and recovery and perform well. - Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Check (NPC) prior to being made an offer of employment.
- Australian residency or current works permit is required (responsibility of applicant to provide evidence of a current work permit).
- Opportunity up to June 2026.
- Full time, 37.5 hours per week.
- Possession of a current driver’s licence and willingness to drive.
- Out of hours work and intrastate travel may be required.

- The incumbent will be required to undertake emergency management training and must be willing to participate in emergency preparedness, response and recovery activities required by government agencies.
