We are seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead the planning and execution of a multi-year SAP transformation program. This initiative includes a brownfield conversion to SAP S/4HANA and the implementation of SAP HR, Concur, and Ariba, aimed at modernizing core business processes across Finance, Procurement, HR, and Asset Management.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall SAP transformation program lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Coordinate delivery across multiple SAP workstreams: S/4HANA Finance, HR, Concur, Ariba, and supporting functions.
- Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between business, IT, and implementation partners.
- Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and executive reporting.
- Drive issue resolution, change control, and decision-making processes.
- Ensure quality assurance across deliverables and adherence to program methodologies.
- Support business readiness, change management, and stakeholder engagement activities.
- 15+ years of experience in SAP program/project management.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale SAP implementations, including S/4HANA programs.
- Experience in brownfield conversion projects and multi-module SAP rollouts.
- Strong understanding of SAP Finance, HR, Procurement, and integration points.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in utilities or asset-intensive industries is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with program management tools and methodologies (e.g., MSP, Agile, PMBOK)
- SAP certifications or formal training in S/4HANA and related modules.
- Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Experience with SAP Signavio or similar process modelling tools.
- Background in business transformation or enterprise architecture is a plus.
