- Partner with senior leaders to provide expert HR advice across workforce planning, IR/ER, performance, change, and talent development.
- Coach leaders and develop capability to lead engaged, high-performing teams.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide projects such as enterprise bargaining, workforce planning and organisational design.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights.
- Represent the organisation in commissions and tribunals where required.
- Play a key role in developing and embedding people strategies that align with organisational priorities.
- You’re a trusted HR professional with experience in a true Business Partnering capacity.
- You have solid ER/IR experience within complex and diverse workforces.
- You enjoy coaching leaders and supporting high-performance cultures.
- You’re collaborative, pragmatic, and confident navigating complex workplace matters.
- You bring a strong human-centred approach and enjoy making a tangible impact through your work.
- You’re values-aligned, resilient and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline (post-grad HR qualifications highly regarded).
- Must have or be willing to obtain a current Police Check and Working with Children Check.
