- You'll be responsible for managing a caseload of 25-30 injured staff members across the Southern Adelaide region
- This includes locations like Flinders Medical Centre, Noarlunga Hospital, Repatriation Hospital, various GP centres, and Mental Health services
- Offer professional support and advice to management regarding workforce health and wellbeing.
- Provide Injury Management Advisory Services, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and best practices.
- Build Business Partnerships with internal stakeholders to promote workplace health and safety
- A relevant tertiary qualification in health, psychology, behavioural science, allied health, or significant knowledge in workers' compensation legislation.
- Demonstrated experience in applying Injury Management Rehabilitation Services
- Return-to-Work Coordinator certification training or ability to obtain via an approved provider within South Australia
